We have a clear mission – to make it simpler for our customers to buy and use IT that’s fit for their purpose. We don’t say that IT projects are ever easy – IT is hard to do well, the stakes are often high and technology is evolving rapidly. But there is much we can do to ease our customers’ experience and minimize time-to-value.
We have been an IT partner to the US Federal Government for over twenty years, operating first as Intelligent Decisions and now as ID Technologies. Whilst we’ve recently refreshed our brand, our promise to our customers remains steadfast – to deliver mission-focused technologies that enable them to serve the public more effectively. It’s a track record we are proud of and will continue to build on with the defense, intelligence and Federal Civilian communities that we have been privileged to work with over all that time.
Over the years we’ve been working with the government, we’ve refined the art of listening to our customers. We make it our job to know what they need to get better at, what’s hampering their progress, what success looks like to them and what they really need from their industry partners. That contextual understanding gives us a head start in resolving their issues with practical and usable IT solutions, combining capability and security with the best time-to-value approach to suit their specific contexts and mission goals. We always seek a pragmatic balance between technology and process, project and enterprise and cost and performance drivers.
This approach guides everything we do, from the partners we work with, to the way we contract and finance projects. We are ably supported by a select group of technology partners, chosen for sharing our commitment to three core principles:
