Insurance Coverage and More.

ID Technologies offers comprehensive, competitive health, dental and vision coverage, including the choice of a PPO Plan, or High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA).  The ID Technologies Benefits Program also offers pre-tax Flexible Spending accounts, with the PPO Plan, and a Health Savings Account (HSA) with the High Deductible Plan.

Short-term and Long- term Disability (STD and LTD) coverage – In case of illness or injury, we want to ensure our employees’ salaries are protected.  We offer short-term disability as well as long-term disability insurance at no cost. These programs provide financial stability and give our employees a little more peace of mind during difficult and unpredictable times.

Financial Security with 401(k)

Our 401(k) plan gives employees the opportunity to plan for long-term goals and ensure financial stability. Our current plan is with Fidelity Investments and includes a Safe Harbor matching program.

Paid Time Off.

We offer our employees 10 paid holidays in conjunction with the federal schedule. In addition, employees accrue 20 days paid time off throughout the calendar year. Paid time off includes vacation, sick days, mental health days…whatever you need to balance out your life! Employees then receive an additional day of paid time off for each year served at ID Technologies up to a maximum of 25 days per year.
