ITES-SW2 is an enterprise infrastructure contract supporting a full range of Information Technology (IT) software for client, server, storage, and network environments; for software maintenance; and for related incidental services and hardware as part of an Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW 2) total solution. ID Technologies will support the Army and all Federal agencies in procuring mission-essential COTS IT software and maintenance within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), to include remote OCONUS.

Warranty.
Commercial Warranty
Commercial warranty is included with all offered products. The cost of the commercial warranty is included in the product price. Commercial warranty in most instances is assumed CONUS only.
Optional Warranty Uplifts
All products can have warranty uplifts as required by the end-user. Such uplifts can include additional warranty years, onsite, mission critical, and OCONUS. Please talk to an Account Manager to obtain any uplifts. Optional warranty uplifts are only available at time of product purchase.
